Terms of Service

Last updated August 22, 2026

I offer this site free of charge and without warranties. These terms set out what you can expect from it and what I expect from you.

Agreement

These terms form an agreement between you and me, Raiden Williams, covering raidenw.com and its subdomains: the dashboard, the Haus coffee kiosk, and the photo galleries. I refer to them together as "the site".

Using the site or signing in means you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree with either, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You need to be at least 18 years old and in the United States to hold an account. I run the site from the United States and do not offer it elsewhere.

Accounts

  • I create accounts by invitation. There is no open self-signup, and signing in through an identity provider creates no account on its own.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your account, and for keeping your credentials and your email account secure.
  • Give accurate information and keep your email address current. It is how you sign in and how I would reach you.
  • Do not share your account or let anyone else use it. Tell me at privacy@raidenw.com if you suspect someone else has access.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • break the law or infringe anyone's rights through the site
  • reach for accounts, data, or areas you have no access to
  • probe, scan, overload, or disrupt the site, or work around a passkey, a rate limit, or any other protection
  • upload malware, or content that is unlawful, harassing, hateful, or sexually exploitative
  • scrape or bulk-download content beyond what robots.txt permits, unless I give you written permission
  • misrepresent who you are, or impersonate someone else

Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload or write. Adding content grants me a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, resize, and display it so the site can run, which covers things like generating a thumbnail or showing a post you published.

You confirm that you hold the rights to what you upload. That includes rights to any photograph you did not take yourself, and to the likeness of any identifiable person in it.

I may remove content that breaks these terms or creates legal risk. Delete your own content whenever you want, and email privacy@raidenw.com if you need help doing it.

My content

The design, code, text, and photography on the site belong to me and are protected by copyright. The photographs carry no license for reuse, republication, training datasets, or commercial use without my written permission. Viewing the work and linking to it are fine.

Haus events, food, and drink

The Haus kiosk is an ordering convenience for private gatherings, not a commercial food service.

  • Allergens are your responsibility. The host types in the drink descriptions and ingredient options, and they can be incomplete or wrong. If you have an allergy or a dietary restriction, confirm the ingredients with the person making your drink before you consume anything.
  • Hosts are responsible for safe preparation and handling, and for what they choose to serve.
  • Wi-Fi credentials on a kiosk screen appear because the host put them there, and everyone in the room can read them.

Third-party services

Signing in can involve Cloudflare and, if you pick it, Google. Parts of the site show data from Spotify and Open-Meteo. Each of those services carries its own terms and privacy policy, and I control none of them. A link to another website is not an endorsement.

Availability and changes

The site is free, and I run it as a personal project. I offer no uptime commitment and no support obligation. Features can change or disappear, and I may interrupt or discontinue the site at any time, with or without notice.

Keep your own copies of anything that matters to you. Do not treat this site as the only place your content exists.

Suspension and termination

I may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, creates risk for the site or for other people using it, or where the law requires me to. You can stop using the site at any time and ask me to delete your account.

Disclaimer of warranties

The site comes "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. I do not warrant that the site will run uninterrupted, stay secure, or stay free of errors, and I do not warrant that any content on it is accurate.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law permits, I am not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or lost goodwill arising from your use of the site.

Since the site costs you nothing, my total liability for any claim relating to it is limited to one hundred U.S. dollars ($100).

Some jurisdictions disallow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Raiden Williams against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising out of your content, your use of the site, or your violation of these terms or of the law.

Governing law

The law of the State of Washington governs these terms, setting aside its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute belongs in the state or federal courts of King County, Washington, and you consent to that jurisdiction. Either of us can still bring a qualifying claim in small claims court.

Changes to these terms

I update these terms as the site changes, and the date at the top tracks the current version. I will tell account holders about material changes before they take effect, and using the site afterward means you accept the updated terms.
